Business Transformation Keynotes · AI as the Catalyst

AI doesn't have to be overwhelming.

I help busy business owners separate signal from noise, so they know what to ignore, what to try, and where to start. Instead of another inspirational AI keynote, your audience leaves with practical workflows they can use immediately.

Alice Bazdikian on the Small Business Show panel discussing AI for small business owners

On Stage · Small Business Show Panel

I don't sell AI. I sell relief, clarity, and implementation, to the rooms that need them most.

Why event planners book me

Not because I'm an AI expert. Because I translate AI into business.

Your audience doesn't need another AI demo. They need answers to the questions they're actually asking. That's exactly what I deliver, no hype, no fear, no generic prompt-engineering session. Just practical AI they can use on Monday morning.

01

Where should we actually start?

02

Which AI tools are worth our time?

03

What should stay human?

04

How do we avoid wasting money?

05

How do we implement without overwhelming everyone?

My philosophy

Most AI speakers teach tools. I teach judgment.

Because AI changes every week. Good business decisions don't. Every keynote helps your audience understand:

  • What to ignore
  • What to try
  • Where to start

That's Signal > Noise.

Speaking topics & audiences

Three outcome-driven talks. Each ends with something built.

Pick the one that fits your audience, or we'll build a custom version on our planning call.

Topic 01

Build Your First AI Employee

Perfect for: entrepreneurs · small-business conferences · chambers · professional associations

Where AI actually creates ROI for a small business, the first workflows worth automating, and what to leave human. Ends with a live build, so the room sees exactly how to start.

Your audience learns

  • Where AI creates real ROI in their business
  • The first workflows to automate
  • What to leave human, and why
Topic 02 · Signal > Noise

AI Without the Hype

Perfect for: leaders overwhelmed by AI · mixed-industry audiences · association keynotes

The signal-from-noise talk. What's real, what's marketing, and what actually matters for a business owner deciding where to spend their attention this year.

Your audience learns

  • What's real vs. what's marketing
  • What actually matters for their business
  • What to ignore, so they stop chasing hype
Topic 03

AI That Actually Saves Time

Perfect for: founder meetups · service-business conferences · owner cohorts

Your audience doesn't need 100 prompts. They need one workflow that saves five hours every week. This talk shows them how to find it, build it, and keep it running.

Your audience learns

  • How to find their highest-ROI workflow
  • The one automation worth building first
  • How to keep it running without babysitting it

About Alice

A business person who happens to speak AI.

I spent two decades helping organizations improve operations before AI became mainstream. That's why I don't see AI as a technology problem. I see it as a business problem. Technology only creates ROI when people actually use it.

For event organizers

The 8 questions every organizer asks.

What's your speaking fee?

My fee varies by format, audience size, and travel. Keynotes start at $3,500. Workshop keynotes and half-day trainings start at $5,000. Full-day leadership intensives start at $9,500. Reach out and I'll send a custom quote within 48 hours.

Do you travel? Where are you based?

I'm based in Toronto, Canada. I travel across Canada and the United States for half-day or larger engagements, travel is billed separately at cost (economy air + one night hotel). For 45-min keynotes I usually prefer virtual unless your event is in Ontario or a flight-hub city.

Can you customize the talk to my audience?

Always. Every booking includes a 30-minute planning call where we tailor the opening story, industry examples, live-demo use case, and Q&A focus to your specific audience. You're not getting the same canned deck I gave last month.

What tech / AV do you need on site?

HDMI or USB-C connection to the main screen, a lav mic (preferred) or handheld, reliable internet (I do live AI demos, this matters), a confidence monitor if possible, and a table nearby for my laptop. I bring my own clicker.

What's the guarantee exactly?

You run a post-event attendee survey (I'll provide the template). If the weighted average rating on "How valuable was this session?" comes in below 4.5/5, you pay nothing. No negotiation. No fine print. I've never had to honor it, but it's real.

How much lead time do you need?

For a custom keynote: ideally 6–8 weeks. For a workshop or half-day: 8–10 weeks. Can I pull off a 2-week turnaround? Sometimes, but custom content quality drops, so I only recommend it for audiences where my standard talks already fit.

Can we record and reuse the session?

Yes, internal re-use by your organization or attendees is included. Public distribution (YouTube, podcast clipping, paid replay events) is negotiated separately and usually priced as an add-on to the fee.

What happens after I submit the booking request?

Within 48 hours you get: availability confirmation, a custom quote, and a short discovery call booked. If we're a fit, a contract lands within another 48 hours. Then we move to the planning call 3–4 weeks before the event to nail the content.
