These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of smallbusinessaicoach.com (the "Site") and any services, workshops, or digital products offered by Alice Bazdikian ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer AI education and consulting services including:

• Claude Cowork workshops (in-person and virtual)
• AI readiness diagnostics and strategy sessions
• Digital resources and downloadable content
• The AI Readiness Scorecard (free online tool)

All services are educational in nature. We provide guidance and frameworks, not legal, financial, or technical guarantees about AI implementation outcomes.

2. Workshop Bookings

Workshop availability, pricing, and formats are subject to change. When you book a workshop or diagnostic session:

• Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refund
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, frameworks, course materials, and the AI Readiness Scorecard — is owned by Alice Bazdikian and protected by copyright law. You may:

• View and use content for personal or internal business purposes
• Share links to our content

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content, frameworks, or materials
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Remove attribution from any shared content

4. User Content

When you submit information through our forms (scorecard responses, email addresses, names), you grant us permission to use that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

5. Disclaimer

Our services and content are provided "as is." While we strive to provide accurate, current, and useful information about AI tools and strategies:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using AI tools
• AI tools and platforms (including Claude Cowork) are third-party products with their own terms, pricing, and limitations that may change
• Our educational content reflects our professional experience and opinion, not certified advice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alice Bazdikian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Tools

We reference and teach the use of third-party tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, etc.) that are owned and operated by their respective companies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or agents of Anthropic or any other AI provider. Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
